Mr. Fleck joined the firm in 1993 and is responsible for merger and acquisition analysis, stock valuations, and other projects pertaining to bank financial performance. He manages a wide range of financial forecasting assignments on behalf of the firm’s clients and directs principal elements of regulatory application processes involving mergers and acquisitions, de novo banks, branch purchases and other strategic initiatives. A recipient of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Toledo, Mr. Fleck serves as an instructor at the Perry School of Banking conducted by the Michigan Bankers Association.
