Mr. Harvin manages the Insurance and Financial Services Division for Austin Associates. Through more than 30 years of working with banks and bank-owned agencies, Mr. Harvin possesses a wide range of expertise in virtually every aspect of financial institutions, insurance and financial services management and sales. His hands-on experience encompasses P&C, life, platform sales and support programs, BOLI, investment programs and collateral risk management. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University in 1971, has written numerous industry articles for regional and national publications. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences in addition to providing customized presentations for bank and insurance management groups and boards of directors.
