Mr. Maroney co-manages the investment banking division for Austin Associates. Prior to joining the firm in 1984, he received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Toledo. He is the author of numerous articles on mergers and acquisitions and banking structure, and is a frequent speaker to banking groups on a wide variety of topics pertinent to the financial services industry. Having served as an instructor at the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, he has appeared as a featured speaker at the “Acquire or Be Acquired” national conference sponsored by Bank Director Magazine.
