Mr. Simoff joined Austin Associates in 1985 after having served as a regional marketing executive with Banc One Corporation in Columbus, Ohio and as an executive for the Ohio Bankers Association. His responsibilities with Austin Associates include managing client relationships pertaining to expansion planning, regulatory consulting, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, executive recruitment and other functions within the firm’s Strategic Consulting Division. A graduate of Grove City College in Pennsylvania, he earned a graduate degree from The Ohio State University and co-authored with the late Dr. Douglas V. Austin Strategic Planning for Banks, a book published for bank executives and directors. He has served as an instructor at the University of Toledo and at various banking schools throughout the Midwest.
