Mr. Mancinotti joined the firm in 1982, and he co-manages the firm’s Investment Banking Division. A former instructor at the Stonier Graduate School of Banking and the Bank Administration Institute School for Bank Administration, Mr. Mancinotti has also served as an instructor of corporate finance at The University of Toledo. In addition, he served for 10 years as a director of a $400 million community bank located in the Midwest. He speaks to banking groups throughout the country on topics ranging from bank mergers and acquisitions to strategic planning. In addition, he serves as a featured speaker at Bank Director Magazine’s “Acquire or Be Acquired” annual conference. Mr. Mancinotti earned a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business administration from The University of Toledo.
Mr. Mancinotti holds Series 63 and 79 licenses and is a registered representative of Investment Bank Services, a registered broker-dealer.
